Powder Coating: The Industry Standard for Tough, Long-Lasting Finishes

Powder coating is the industry standard for a reason, offering an ultra-durable, high-performance solution that outperforms conventional Acrylic and Polyurethane coatings in both longevity and toughness. This advanced finishing process involves electrostatically applying a free-flowing dry powder to a metal surface, which is then cured in an oven to form a strong, crosslinked finish. The result is a coating that is significantly harder and more abrasion-resistant than traditional liquid coatings, providing unmatched protection against chipping, scratching, and mechanical stressors. With exceptional adhesion and impact resistance, powder coating is the go-to solution for architectural, industrial, automotive, and commercial applications where durability is essential.

You’ve likely encountered powder-coated surfaces in architectural landmarks, commercial buildings, industrial machinery, and even residential applications. It’s a trusted technology used worldwide due to its remarkable ability to maintain its integrity and appearance in harsh environments. Unlike conventional paints, which can fade, peel, or chalk over time, powder coatings offer superior weatherability, excellent gloss retention, and resistance to UV exposure. This makes it a great choice for exterior facades, railings, window frames, and other metal structures that need to endure extreme conditions while maintaining their aesthetic appeal for years to come.

Powder Capabilities:

We provide a complete, tailored solution for all your powder coating needs, offering three specialized powder coating lines—each designed to meet the unique demands of your project.

Every item processed through our powder lines undergoes a rigorous chrome pre-treatment process, ensuring maximum adhesion, superior durability, and exceptional corrosion resistance. This meticulous preparation guarantees a flawless, long-lasting finish that stands up to the elements.

Large Batch:

Our large batch system is specially designed for finishing large and oversized structures, including canopies, bridges, DOT structures, and more. This process features a comprehensive five-stage chrome pre-treatment, ensuring superior adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance.

With the capacity to handle pieces up to 54 feet long, 13.5 feet wide, and 11.5 feet high, this system can accommodate items weighing up to 15,000 pounds, making it ideal for large-scale industrial and architectural projects.

Main line:

Our main powder coating line is designed for high-volume architectural coatings, ensuring efficiency and precision at scale. This state-of-the-art, 630-ft conveyorized system features a 150-ft, five-stage wash system, a 30-ft dry-off oven, and a 130-ft curing oven, all optimized for superior coating performance. At the heart of this line is a top-of-the-line automatic electrostatic spray booth, delivering consistent, high-quality finishes.

This line can accommodate parts up to 24 feet long, 37 inches wide, and 78 inches high, with a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds.

Small Batch:

Our small batch system is perfect for custom projects, low-volume production, and pieces that are too large for our conveyorized line but too small for our large batch system. Designed for flexibility and precision, this process ensures high-quality finishes on unique or specialty items.

Every piece undergoes a five-stage pre-treatment process, guaranteeing excellent adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance. This system can accommodate parts up to 24.5 feet long, 9 feet high, and 9 feet wide, with a maximum weight capacity of 350 pounds.
